The Boston Game of S.K.A.T.E @ New Dia
Boston Game of S.K.A.T.E takes place on the floor of the one and only cannabis mall, New Día, in the iconic Fenway Park neighborhood, and features live broadcast of the high stakes, live action bracket style game, celebrity guests & judges, live performances, complimentary food, beverage, art and high hospitality. Free to attend and open to all 21+!
Two skaters face off head to head and throw rock, paper, scissors to decide who goes first. The first skater sets a trick, and if they land it, the opposing skater has one try to match it. If you miss the trick, you get a letter. If you land the trick, it’s your turn to set a trick now. Play goes back and forth like this until one or both players have all but the last letter, “E.” If you’re about to be eliminated, you have two tries to land the final trick – you know, because who doesn’t want to be nice like that? Once you’ve spelled out the full word, “S.K.A.T.E,” you lose.
S.K.A.T.E is a household competition globally recognized and celebrated within all skateboarding pockets. Like basketball’s “H.O.R.S.E.” The Game Of S.K.A.T.E is a monkey-see monkey-do format challenging the competitors in the most grass roots angle of skateboarding: FLATGROUND TRICKS.

On Saturday November 15, 2025 New Dia, NOT FINNA and The Weedaker Group host a monumental live sporting event, high stakes- non-stop-action game of S.K.A.T.E on Lansdowne St and we want you to be a part of it.
Boston Game of S.K.A.T.E is hosted at the award winning cannabis destination in Fenway, New Día.
This event is unlike any other, as the first of its kind: Boston Game of S.K.A.T.E is the 6th game in a series hosted at the Best Dispensary in the State.
16 of Boston’s finest skaters on the scene play a bracket style game of S.K.A.T.E, to win a grand prize of $2000, while guests of New Día come to Fenway join in to watch the fun.
Boston Game of S.K.A.T.E offers a day of entertainment & excitement during this live sporting event, with non-stop action, raffles, a chance to visit with your favorite cannabis brands, giveaways and complimentary bites and sips.
