Jordan specializes in the areas of organizational business development, strategic change management and equity, diversity and inclusion. Jordan’s career began as a teaching artist, facilitating trainings, interactive corporate workshops, conference keynotes and title IX compliant orientation programs for over 50,000 professionals and college and university leaders in the United States and Canada.
While co-founding TWG, Jordan worked at Emerson College, as Change Management Partner, she lead college wide training & communications initiatives. Jordan then supported crisis management response for Campus Services on the Boston Campus during the Covid 19 coronavirus pandemic. She leads with a unique skill set and training that is organized by project management, always driving results with people and human impact in mind.

With over 10 years in the legal cannabis market and another 15 + in the legacy market, Mike offers a customized coaching approach to meeting a variety of deliverables including operations management, application writing, company design and buildout, critical problem-solving, team building, and retail, production and cultivation operations. With a strong focus in menu design and supply chain operations; Mike is known for assisting companies decrease their overall costs while increasing their profitability by designing an operational plan that suits the business’s goals. Mike has supported the growth of over 10 cannabis companies in New England. He has successfully overseen the creation and implementation of 3 of the region’s premier cannabis dispensaries, including a vertically integrated medical dispensary and Boston’s first recreational dispensary.
Beyond the checklist of getting licensed, Mike assists in building internal protocols and procedures needed for final approval with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and best practices for each department and focus.
Beyond retail, cultivation, and production operations consulting, Mike has been a proud member of the New England cannabis community for the better part of the last decade. He attended Curry College where he received dual Bachelor degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology, he then went on to complete his Master degree in Criminal Justice. Mike has been an advocate for medical and recreational cannabis programs in New England and has since assisted clients in North America, Jamaica and Morocco.
As the Director of Hospitality, Talent Management and Global Relations, Sarah leads creative direction in curating meaningful spaces and places from Boston to Morocco, and beyond.
Her professional career began in education as Program Coordinator of the North End Performing Arts Center where she implemented marketing strategies and operations . Following NEMPAC, she worked in the private education sector assisting in donor relations, photography and special events. Sarah also proudly serves on the Board of Trustees for American Academy Casablanca in Morocco where she oversees overall functions of the school. As a dual citizen of Morocco, she is incredibly proud to bridge diverse cultures, fostering harmony and global connectivity through her creative endeavors.
Sarah’s passion for music and the arts truly ignite her spirit — from event production/design to artist relations, she skillfully navigates the multifaceted landscape of the entertainment industry, ensuring that every detail is meticulously curated to create unforgettable experiences.
Sarah holds a Bachelors of Arts in Arts and Entertainment Management from Dean College and is happiest when she is with her dog Maisey or experiencing art in every corner of the world.
Tatiyana Benjamin’s journey into the cannabis industry began in 2017, sparked by her own wellness exploration. She played a key role in launching a prominent cannabis wellness brand and dispensary in Massachusetts.
With a Master’s of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications, Tatiyana has a proven track record of crafting and implementing successful brand and strategic marketing plans for various organizations in Massachusetts.
Tatiyana has 12+ years experience as a licensed health insurance agent. In this role, she’s onboarded national clients for major insurance brands, managed projects, and led strategic communication and operational initiatives for HR and C-suite executives.
Tatiyana drives detailed structure and organization behind the scenes of TWG team, she manages specialty projects and client support.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tatiyana is an AFPA-certified Health and Wellness Coach and a certified spin instructor. She’s deeply passionate about family, connection, wellness, and making a positive impact on living experiences.
