TWG is hiring members for our Field Marketing Team/Brand Model to support our client, New Día Cannabis Co. located in Fenway Park.
New Dia is not your typical dispensary. Located in the heart of Fenway, we’ve built a retail experience that combines hospitality, culture, education, and cannabis into something truly unique.
We’re looking for outgoing, polished, and personable individuals who enjoy connecting with people and creating memorable customer experiences. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, approachable, and takes pride in their presentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A polished, professional, and customer-focused presence
- Passion for hospitality, retail, cannabis, art, music, and culture
- Ability to engage guests and create a welcoming environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly social setting
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, promotional, or brand ambassador experience is a plus
What You’ll Do
- Engage with guests in the Fenway entertainment district, interact with locals, fans, toursist, concert goers and canna-curious
- Represent the brand with strong presence and engaging customer service during marketing activations
- Build relationships with new and returning customers
- Support events, activations, and community engagement initiatives
- Drive foot traffic to the store: target of 25 new customers per shift
- Represent the New Dia brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

This is a part time role with options for seasonal support in Summer and Fall 2026;
10-20 hours per week during nights and weekends (typically 6-11pm)
Starting Rate: $20 per hour
